Professor Maxime Madder is the Director of Parasitology and Vector-borne Diseases at Clinglobal and the Director of Biologics and Infectious Diseases at the same firm. He is a renowned acarologist and biologist with over 25 years of experience in tropical veterinary medicine, specifically focusing on ticks and tick-borne diseases. He is also the founder of VetTex, a consultancy specializing in veterinary entomology and research.
Lois holds a PhD in Applied Sciences (1999) and a Master’s in Biotechnology (1991) from Ghent University in Belgium, following a Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Antwerp. His extensive career includes serving as a Professor of Veterinary Entomology at the Institute of Tropical Medicine Antwerp and an Extra-ordinary Professor at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. He has authored over 150 scientific publications and remains a leading expert in evaluating acaricides and developing control strategies for livestock parasites.
